Seasoned senior executive with over 20 years in-depth international business experience in fast paced industries, from operation to talent management, finance to administration, business development to sales and PR & marketing. Solid team player with outgoing, positive demeanor and skills in establishing rapport with clients.

Life & Performance Coaching

I have lived in Asia for over 10 years and held managerial and leadership roles in international and corporate environments. I am a husband and father of two young kids. I started my career as a professional football player in France, then in Hong Kong. This diverse experience has given me a unique perspective and approach as a professional and certified coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  

I coach people and believe that through perseverance and consistency, any individual can maximise their personal and professional potential. My goal is to inspire leaders and teams to elevate themselves, by bringing positive thinking, guiding them towards achieving their goals and always with passion! My mission is to strengthen human relationships, through self-awareness, defining common goals, setting collective values, and ultimate objective to that company while steering the organisation along the right path. 


Jason O. Chan is an education entrepreneur, serving as the CEO of LumiTalk Limited, and a dedicated debate coach. With a focus on making a difference in education, Jason's work centers on enhancing the way English is taught, particularly to ESL students.

His interest in debate has taken him around the globe, participating in six World Universities Debating Championships in countries including Greece, Spain, and Malaysia. These experiences have given him a unique perspective on communication and language, a perspective he brings into his teaching methods.

Jason's educational background is in English Studies and Marketing Information Management, holding an MA from The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and a BBA from City University of Hong Kong (CityU). He also attended summer school at Harvard University, further expanding his knowledge and skills.

His ambition is to improve accessibility for local school debaters and to enhance English teaching for ESL students. He believes in the potential of innovative teaching methods, such as gamification, to make language learning more engaging and effective.

In his role as a mentor, Jason brings his rich experiences and commitment to education, aiming to inspire and guide those who are beginning their journey in the field.
