I have been fortunate to have a rewarding journey dedicated to pursuing my career, my dreams, and my own business. Throughout this journey, I have had the privilege of working with so many knowledgeable persons and esteemed clients such as HSBC, Euroclear Bank, Bacardi, Aston Martin, Contact Singapore (Government), HK Labor Dept., Migros, OBI, and many others. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights and expertise in areas such as HRM, talent management, coaching, and successfully managing business.

My life has been truly blessed with diverse experiences, beginning as an accountant in Nigeria, Indonesia, and Singapore. Eventually, I found my calling as the Director of Admin. & HR at Arthur Andersen (CPA) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Subsequently, I served as the Regional HRD of Indosuez group, overseeing brokerage, commercial, and investment banking divisions across 12 countries, as well as the Senior HRD of Ball Corp. HK and legal representative for Ball China. Moreover, I had the privilege of being the Director of Clients Solution at PDI Ninth House, a renowned global leadership development firm, and as the Managing Consultant of Hudson HK, where I spearheaded the talent management business in Hong Kong.

I am grateful that I have been able to pursue my passion for HR and talent management, not only as a founder and owner of five GP and dental clinics since September 2001 (Hong Kong Healthcare Medical Centre Ltd), and an I&T company, Performve Ltd, based in the Hong Kong Science Park since 2017. Life has presented its challenges, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. Witnessing our HR solution effectively enhance the efficiency and productivity of our clients fills me with a profound sense of achievement.

I believe in embracing new opportunities, even in the face of opposition from those with limited vision. Life is a constant journey of growth and exploration, and I am always open to trying something new when the right opportunity arises.
